Instant Ebook (Auto)
Updated 2026-10-28
Instant Ebook is Auto on the desk: describe the book, watch the run, stop anytime, export when ready.
Not a dead-end generator
Unlike file-only tools, Auto leaves an editable manuscript next to CoAuthor and the bible.
FAQ
- Is Instant still a product?
- Yes — it ships as Auto on Book Author / Typewriter.
- Does Auto replace a long Scrivener draft?
- No. Use Auto for a fast first pass; keep Scrivener (or Typewriter chapters) when you already have a deep binder. See the blog compare.
- Can I stop mid-run?
- Yes. Auto is watchable — stop anytime and keep editing the manuscript on the shelf.
- What do I export?
- EPUB, HTML, and Markdown from the same draft. Publish checks stay on the desk.
